    How do I know my design will be kept confidential?

    Basically, we sign a non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement with our clients. Also, photography is strictly prohibited in our factory. We have never released any information and design of our clients to the third party with years of cooperation with large enterprises or startups.

    How long does a quotation take?

    In most cases, we respond within 1-2 days after receiving an RFQ.

    How does ensure the quality of my parts?

    Once your order is confirmed, we will perform a full Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review to point out any issues that our engineers feel may affect the quality of your parts. For all incoming materials, We will ask suppliers for its material certification. If necessary, we will provide the material certification from the third-party institution.

    Can create 3D CAD for customers?

    Currently, ShenZhen Rapid Tooling Limited do not offer the product design services. Customer is responsible for submitting the 3D file or 2D file and then we will provide a DFM report upon receiving an order.

    Does provide export tooling?

    Yes, we provide export tooling. However, export tooling is much more expensive than non-export tooling.

    Unless otherwise specified, all parts will be quoted according to our shared mold base(MUD). The shared mold base is belong to Shen Zhen Rapid Tooling Limited property. If the customer changes idea and wants to move the tooling, it will be charged for a new standalone mold base.

    How make Rapid Tooling in Shen Zhen Rapid Tooling Limited?

    a. DFM provided within 24h after customer confirms the order.
    b. Tooling Design and Cutting Main Steel at the same time after DFM Approval.
    c. CNC machining cavity and core inserts; matched MUD will be checked out and send to tooling assembly workshop.
    d. Auxiliary tooling components machined out and send to tooling assembly workshop.
    e. Tooling fitting and polishing.
    f. Tooling inspected by master and send to injection molding workshop to test.
    g. Initial samples after engineers checked and send to dimensions inspect.
